Service Guarantees Suspended Indefinitely

The coronavirus pandemic has disrupted supply chains and impacted logistics infrastructures around the world. As you may be aware, FedEx and UPS, along with many other carriers, have suspended shipping guarantees until further notice. Supplies Network will continue to process orders timely to meet SLAs; however, delays caused by carrier actions are beyond our control.
