Benefits
Health Insurance: An optional plan that provides Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, Chemical Dependency and Prescription Drug
coverage for employees and eligible enrolled dependents.
Short-Term Disability: Provides 60 percent of
employee’s pre-disability income for the first 12 weeks of
total disability, following a 7 day waiting period.
Long-Term Disability: Provides a percentage
of employee’s
pre-disability income after 90 days of total disability.
Basic
Life Insurance: Provides $20,000 basic life and accidental death
and dismemberment insurance coverage for employees.
Voluntary Life Insurance: An optional benefit
that provides additional life insurance coverage for the employee
and the employee’s spouse and dependents.
401(k) Savings Plan: An optional benefit that
allows employees to defer up to 25 percent of compensation on a
pre-tax or after tax basis into a choice of twelve investment funds. The company match is currently 20 percent up to 100 percent of employee’s compensation.
Tuition Reimbursement: An optional benefit that
provides financial assistance for successfully completed
courses which are beneficial
to you and the company.
Wellness program: DMI has implemented a Wellness Program which is available to all employees. This program helps employees focus on improving the health of themselves and their families. The program is voluntary and absolutely confidential.
Flexible Spending Accounts: Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) let you set aside pretax dollars to pay for certain healthcare and dependent care expenses, saving you money.
Your Healthcare FSA may be used for medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and hearing expenses that are not covered by your healthcare programs, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, many over-the-counter medications and supplies, and some noncovered services.
Your Dependent Daycare FSA may be used for dependent care expenses incurred while you work.

Our sales reps receive extensive product and industry training and serve as consultants to their assigned sales territory which includes an active account base, as well as prospects.
