We don’t like mixing apples and oranges. So, yet again, we have simplified the complexity of Managed Print Services. With CARBON SiX, you buy a page and sell a page. This simple approach goes a long way to pricing plans that are profitable throughout the life of an MPS contract, minimizing your financial risk.
The Page Easy Program
Converting toner cartridges, service cost, repair parts cost and consumable parts into pages can be risky business fraught with danger! Dangers include underestimated or inefficient service expense, excessive page coverage, unexpected parts utilization, inconsistent cash flow, and excess supplies inventory as well as inventory slippage at end user sites! An MPS engagement priced with solid margin can quickly become upside down and due to long term contracts this problem is not easily resolved. The program offers the benefits of a “utility model,” in a pay as you print plan that removes all the above risks. Document costs are based on actual volume with monthly billing, based on actual volume by device.
Buy a Page—CARBON SiX will price a page for each device type. There is no risk to the dealer on higher supplies costs based on: page coverage changes; over shipment of supplies; or, incorrect supplies shipments. There is no risk on service costs (with “Plus Service” option). CARBON SiX bills you monthly based on actual customer page output.
Sell a Page—Page Easy Program is sold at a cost-per-page to the end-user customer. Pricing is based on device model, device class/group, monochrome or color. (Ask your sales rep about exceptions.) |
